The City of Deerfield Beach owns a vacant 3.75 acres located at 1045 SW 11^th Way, Deerfield Beach, Florida, with a legal description of Deerfield Beach FAU-Plat 2 178-29B PAR A. The property is currently zoned for CF – Community Facility in Broward County.  However, the City of Deerfield Beach will consider rezoning the property to accommodate the highest and best use of the site.

MBA Development Partners of Florida, LLC has proposed to purchase the property for $6.5 Million with the plan of creating a multi-use development which includes medical facilities, workforce housing, office space, retail and restaurant space, roof top garden green space, small hotel, and other public amenities.  The land sale will go before Deerfield Beach voters for their decision on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
