Workforce Housing is defined as "Housing that is affordable for families whose incomes are within 60 to 140 percent of the County's median income as reported by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and adjusted to family size ($42,600 to $99,400, respectively for a family of 4)"

It is anticipated that there will be between 120 - 150 rental units.

During the construction period temporary detours and/or dust and work being done in the roadways and sidewalks can be expected.  Vibration could be caused by heavy equipment. Maintenance of traffic devices (the familiar orange cones) will be placed to inform motorists and pedestrians of areas where construction is taking place and advise on alternate routes.

It is anticipated the project will take 5 years to complete with construction starting in 2025.
